And our learning program is aligned and tightly integrated with our business goals, company values, and practices. We understand that the more we can support you and your career with training and development, the better you'll perform. Ultimately, that impacts the success of our business.

We have a combination of tailored in-house, instructor-led classroom learning and training from highly respected external suppliers. These courses include: Insurance 101Guidewire product training (Professional Services Consultants can achieve certification, which is offered only to employees), behavioral and soft skills training, leadership and management development, and compliance training. In addition, we give all employees access to LinkedIn Learning, an online library with unlimited access to over 6,000 courses in Business, Technology, and Creative Skills, taught by industry experts.

Giving back

At Guidewire, you can be a part of the change you wish to see. Our people are passionate about giving back, whether it’s lending a hand at their local food bank, serving meals to the homeless, or mentoring a child. We’re committed to empowering our employees and uniting our partnerships and resources to help communities all over the world.

We encourage all employees to take two days of paid volunteer time off per year, in addition to any company holidays. In 2018, Guidewire employees volunteered over 7000 hours through our Guidewire Gives Back program.
