Procurement Intern (Summer 2023)

Procurement, finance, and accounting is more than just figures and spreadsheets. It’s also about working effectively with people, communicating, documenting, and improving the experience. Reporting into Global Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, this role will be responsible for assisting in key projects to improve the productivity of the procurement team and the experience of the procurement process to its end-users while maintaining a broad view to learn of all of procurement capabilities and service.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in the development of communications and implementation plans associated with procurement initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve the user experience with procurement processes and tools
Review and organize our contract repository system and document archive
Participate in the development of a contract review playbook and process
Assist in the development of spend analytics capabilities and metrics
Learn a ton about procurement and working on a great team!

Your Skills and Experiences:

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
Previous work and project management experience is desirable
Sophomore or Junior majoring in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or related fields

Salary Information

Salary Range: $31 - $31 per hour

The US base hourly range is $31. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for interns for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
