Product Analyst - Dublin

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into development requirements.
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective business solutions through research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that business requirements are fully understood and properly implemented.Create detailed business analysis documents, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the functionality of IT systems and applications.
- Provide training and support to business users on new systems and applications.
- Monitor the performance of business technology applications and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in business technology applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or three years of relevant work experience.
- An understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and IT systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Experience with Atlassian products is a plus.
