Data Analyst - Chennai

Key Responsibilities:
- Support ongoing customer request to use our application, do Business Research, triage internal data and put together customer portfolios
- Work with engineering teams to ensure timely completion of customer deliverables and manage expectations with customers
- Do deep dive analysis of data and ensure data quality
- Continuously working on automating the process
- Help triage a variety of customer related issues and coordinate with the right R&D teams to respond or resolve
- Work in a quick environment in which organization and accuracy are key
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Strong analytical skill with experience in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Ability to research and analyse web content
- Experience with programming languages like Python/R
- Willingness and curiosity to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with version control tools like Bitbucket and continuous integration tools like Jenkins to manage code repositories and automate build processes
- Ability to validate data at scale with both efficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to understand and visualise data relationships
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
- Knowledge of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment working with cross functional and cross geographical teams.
