Guidewire is searching for a Head of Content Strategy that will develop, operationalize, and track the success of the overall content strategy in support of the strategic company vision. The successful candidate will know how to lead and inspire the ongoing development of premium, first-class content, inclusive of videos, infographics, blogs, podcasts, and data visualization.

Here’s some of what you’ll do
Build a clear content strategy that rallies all of Marketing and Sales at Guidewire. Bring a point of view that’s informed by the industry and rooted in customer empathy. Metric-driven and instinct-led, you use data to inform and drive content that’s relevant, novel and credible. You create a space that draws everyone to contribute – product leaders, industry thought-experts, engineers, and marketers alike. Seek to understand how to help Demand-Generation activities with the overall content strategy. You are based in the US with a global mindset!
- 10+ years in B2B content development and strategy
- Understanding of different channels and a point of view on standard methodologies by channel
- A willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies on the fly
- Deep customer empathy and ability to map the customer journey
- Professional interpersonal, written, and communication skills
- Business-level knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS and/or Insurance technology
- Experience in InsurTech, FinTech, and/or P&C domain knowledge
