Key Responsibilities:
- Dynamic Leadership: Articulate a vision that unites our growing team to ensure alignment with recruitment goals, model core values, foster a joyful work environment and inspire consistently exceptional work.
- Strategic Planning: Provide subject matter expertise and forward-thinking thought leadership that translates business priorities into actionable plans, ensuring resource capability and capacity.
- Global Process Optimization: Work with peers on the Global TA Leadership team to ensure best-in-class, globally consistent processes and data integrity. Develop and implement strategies to enhance time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data to inform decisions and tell compelling stories. Leverage internal and external analytics to drive changes and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Excellent Communication: Consistent, clear and transparent communication with all stakeholders to align vision and goals, update on progress, provide data-driven recommendations and manage expectations.
- Mentorship & Development: Offer guidance and support to your team, focusing on career development and performance management. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Sourcing Strategy: Innovate and refine both depth and breadth of sourcing strategies, using a diverse set of tools and techniques to attract top talent and establish Guidewire as an employer of choice with target talent in key areas.
- Employer Branding: Partner with the Employer Brand team to enhance our Bangalore office’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Contribute to content creation, including employee testimonials and videos.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in a senior leadership role leading technical talent acquisition teams, including remote employees or those in different locations. At least 5 years of experience supporting technical functions with complex and niche hiring needs.
- Technical Expertise: Proven success designing, implementing and executing talent acquisition strategies in a rapidly expanding organization. In depth knowledge of current trends, best practices and technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong consultation, communication and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and multiple time zones.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Expertise in using data to drive recruitment strategies and process improvements. Ability to present data insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment. Proven capacity to handle change and growth effectively.
