QA Test Engineer

Work with our customers and consultant developers to ensure the quality of our monthly releases to Guidewire Cloud. Grow into a Senior Test Engineer that helps our automation efforts. Push to advance our productivity and efficiency.

We are looking for someone to help us test our customer implementations efficiently and accurately. Be part of a global Guidewire testing team that will harness and maintain our automated and manual testing frameworks. Work closely with customers and technical consultants to ensure our solutions function as intended.

You will have the opportunity to work directly with some of the largest insurance companies all over the world. We work in lean, empowered, and collaborative teams that communicate daily and enable us to focus on solving complex technical challenges. What are we looking for?

Ability to assist with the development of our automated testing frameworks that serve as the foundation for quality assurance activity.
Experience working with internal development teams and customers to understand business objectives and functional requirements.
Experience in designing and writing manual test scripts.
Knowledge of JavaScript and Selenium
Broad technical knowledge such as Object-Oriented Programming (JAVA or C#), relational databases (data modeling/SQL), web UI (design and development), XML
Ability to prioritize work effort in a dynamic work environment
BSc in Computer Science or equivalent from a third level institution
