  • Location: United States - Remote

Are you a data whisperer, masterful at wrangling complex data sets to provide structure and simplicity?  Do you love helping others gain insight from automated reports and self-service solutions?

We need an experienced Senior Reporting Analyst who is passionate about analyzing data, standardizing it, and helping others learn from it.  You bring a proven ability to navigate a myriad of business systems, tables, and data to uncover meaning in unexpected ways.  You love to share these insights with others to impart wisdom and compel action.  You do this by building reports that others can access in a recurring fashion or ad hoc to support their moment of need.

In this role, you will design and develop education reports to track training and certification activities by organization, project team, learner, and learning objective.  You will collaborate with team members in Education Services, Professional Services, Alliances, Finance, Accounting, and external vendors to build a high-quality reporting framework.  Your skills and experience help you elevate data-driven conclusions that can change behavior, impact business results, and optimize client outcomes.

The Education Services team is growing to keep pace with Guidewire’s digital transformation. We design, develop, and maintain content that teaches our customers, partners, employees, and third parties how to implement and integrate our highly configurable products.  We also build certifications that validate competency to improve implementation efficiency and quality.  Your work will help establish data quality and cross-system consistency so a variety of stakeholders can track progress against client training plans, maximize their cloud capabilities, and elevate their proficiency with Guidewire products.  Your reports will identify leading indicators and trends that can deepen learner competency, accelerate product adoption, and drive long-term customer success.  To learn more about Guidewire Education, visit us at education.guidewire.com
