Campus Recruiter - EMEA HQ, Dublin, Ireland (Contract Role)

Our People team have already successfully built out a strategic campus program in Dublin, and now looking to expand our efforts functionally and geographically as we scale the EMEA business. We are seeking a Campus Recruiter to represent EMEA Recruiting from HQ Dublin to build our talent of the future through early talent programs in EMEA, with an immediate focus on Dublin, Madrid and Kraków. The Recruiter will work closely with our Early Talent Program Manager and global People team; and will represent EMEA in building and executing our campus recruiting efforts in EMEA.  Expect that you will make a difference through what you do. This is a new role due to continued growth.

What will I be doing?

  • The campus recruiter will have a high level of input into the planning, development, and delivery of scalable, strategic campus hiring initiatives for Product Development, Professional services and CCO functions across the EMEA region.
  • Managing end to end recruitment process for interns and graduates. Prescreen candidates, facilitate de-brief sessions, interview scheduling using Lever ATS to ensure process consistency.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with universities, career services professionals, student associations and other stakeholders in campus community across Dublin, Krakow, and Madrid.
  • Consult and partner with Hiring Managers, HR and Recruiting team members to determine business needs, talent availability and gaps.
  • Planning and execution of onsite and virtual campus events.
  • Promoting campus through all possible channels.
  • Creating content for social networking, career sites, student branding
  • Partnering with talent branding, marketing, and other external vendors to have an integrated campus campaign
  • Offering a great candidate experience to students and identifying opportunities to continuously improve and increase the program offering.
  • Work on special projects to enhance recruitment processes and employer branding.

What do I need to be successful?

  • Some exposure to campus recruiting
  • A strong interest in employer branding/talent attraction.
  • Event planning and execution (digital and live in-person events)
  • Recruiting experience, including scheduling and coordination. We need an all-rounder, who is very hands-on.
  • Some exposure to recruiting in the European region, ideally within the tech sector, and have an appreciation of cultural differences.
  • Ability to drive process with a sense of urgency and manage expectations of their client group.
  • Heightened attention to detail and highly creative individual
  • Ability to proactively identify problems, take ownership, create solutions.
  • Ability to use data insights to influence business decisions.
  • Computer skills to include experience with Applicant Tracking, HRIS, or similar system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent Guidewire in a professional, positive manner.
  • Other languages would be beneficial such as Spanish, German, or Polish
