Change Management Analyst officially known as Technology Enablement Analyst

The Technology Enablement Analyst partners with Business Technology (Biz Tech) and business stakeholders to make adoption easy and to achieve operational success. As part of this role, you will support the development and execution of technology enablement projects across Biz Tech and Guidewire globally. This role is part of the Strategy & Operations team within Biz Tech. Your stakeholders and team are primarily based in the U.S. Your contributions will help fuel the overall growth and success of Guidewire.

This position will be based on our Dublin, Ireland Office*.

*Please note that since your primary stakeholders are based in San Francisco, we seek a professional who is flexible with working in the evening a few times per week (as agreed upon with the hiring manager). In turn, we offer alternate work schedules during your work day to account for the time zone requirements.

The primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

  • Participating in Enablement programs of varying complexity (small to Enterprise-wide changes) for Biz Tech initiatives including projects, enhancements, and operational work
  • Facilitating interviews and workshops (in-person and virtually) to gather inputs for artifacts
  • Conducting readiness assessments, developing material for communications and training, and facilitating enablement discussions
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to stakeholders of varying levels to influence, facilitate alignment, and develop shared understanding
  • Collaborating with delivery/project teams, business stakeholders and Executives to ensure the successful execution of enablement strategies and achievement of success criteria
  • Partnering with Enablement professionals across Guidewire and sharing leading practices and adjusting Biz Tech practices accordingly

Qualifications

  • We are looking for an individual that has:
  • Experience participating in large-scale and complex programs requiring change management, communications and/or training, in the Technology industry and/or a Technology function
  • 3+ years full-time business management consulting, or related experience in Change Management, Technology Enablement, and/or Communications
  • Strong analysis, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to set direction and approach and execute plans with limited information and ambiguity
  • Ability to provide fact-based point of views, while maintaining utmost flexibility
  • Ability to influence peers and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to deliver messaging via storytelling and with impact
  • Strong ability to develop and deliver effective presentations and proven ability to quickly earn the trust of executives and key stakeholders
  • Initiative and is a problem solver
  • Ability to prioritize and balance between competing priorities
  • Experienced working with global teams
  • Willingness and ability to attend morning or night video conference calls with regional teams, when needed
