Manager, Product Management – Poland

We are looking for an experienced, thoughtful, and highly-skilled manager to help lead and develop the Product Management team for our Kraków Development Centre.

Your day-to-day:

  • Responsible for recruitment, career development, and coaching of PMs
  • Define and improve product management processes as we mature and grow as a company.
  • Define and support the execution of product management processes
  • Scrum events such as Backlog refinement and Sprint demos
  • Quarterly Planning
  • Customer Advisory Groups, User Conference (Connections) and other customer forums
  • Support escalations
  • Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team and with peers and stakeholders across the organization.

What you need to be successful:

  • Strong experience in product management, preferably in one of the following domains: insurance, finance, e-invoicing, ERP
  • Experience in Saas software product management preferred
  • Previous strong experience with people management and coaching
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, especially Scrum
  • Strong organizational and product management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, presence and energy
  • Creative, flexible, “can do” attitude
  • Make a positive impact on Guidewire’s core values of integrity, rationality, and collegiality
