We are looking for a HR Operations Analyst to join our dedicated HR team in Dublin supporting the EMEA region.

In this role you will be working closely as an HR Ops Analyst partnering with HRBP’s, Recruiting and internal and external stakeholders in the business whom you support day to day. As a member of lean team of 3, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your regions – working off your initiative and facing exciting challenges & learning opportunities as we continue to grow globally. With your manager’s support you will have opportunities to drive continuous improvements in existing processes through transformation, process re-engineering and investment in tools and automation regionally and globally.

What will I be doing?

  • Supporting and advising employees and managers across EMEA on queries relating to HR processes, policies and practices. Identify trends in employee queries and propose solutions to simplify user journeys
  • Responsibility for employee life-cycle activities from onboarding to offboarding and beyond
  • Monthly payroll preparation
  • Assisting in implementation of global and regional HR programs
  • Processing employees’ changes in Workday (HCM), and distribute information to payroll and other key stakeholders
  • Supporting compliance related efforts when required: conduct internal HR Audits, HR Files etc. to ensure regulatory compliance and assist with internal audit request
  • Managing benefit enrolments across EMEA with external providers and brokers, including conducting data audits, and oversee annual reporting
  • Become a subject matter expert for your supported HR processes for multiple countries

 What do I need to be successful?

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting
  • Experience with human resource management systems. Demonstrated spreadsheet and document software experience
  • Act like an owner and take responsibility
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Desire to grow and develop skill in the International HR
  • Fluency in an additional European language in particular French is a bonus!
