Guidewire is a Great Place to Work!

Leaping Further with Guidewire

For another consecutive year, Guidewire has been certified by Great Places to Work Ireland 2023, and we also made Great Place to Work Ireland’s list of the Best Workplaces for Women™ 2023. Since 2016, Guidewire has been honoured to be included in the top 20 companies in the Great Place to Work Ireland lists and certifications, and this marks Guidewire's 8th year in a row of achieving the Great Place to Work Ireland certification!

Our Dublin office has served as Guidewire’s EMEA HQ for almost 12 years; in fact, our largest employee community in Europe and outside of the United States is based here. The Dublin office maintains and cultivates a culture of inclusion, openness, and ultimately fun! These recent awards speak to the strong culture among our Ireland-based employees, including remote and hybrid employees.

A People-First Approach

Great Place to Work Ireland allocates awards based on input from their anonymous survey, which is shared with our employees, meaning the results came directly from the voices of our employees in Ireland. Our Great Place to Work Ireland 2023 certification is a direct reflection of employee happiness and satisfaction.

Guidewire has maintained an emphasis on diversity and inclusion (see our diversity report here), and the Best Workplaces for Women™ 2023 award is a result of that effort and how we Stand Together. We will continue to support women and families in the workplace through our generous parental leave benefits, and other resources such as our women's employee resource group, GROW.

Guidewire's Ireland office stands out not only because of our DE&I efforts, but also our social impact efforts. The Guidewire Gives Back program enables employees to support local communities and charities. Our Ireland employees exemplify this program by using volunteer time off, and supporting causes such as the Irish Cancer Society. We're proud that our company values can align with our employees' values in order to create a culture where people can feel a sense of belonging and purpose.

Our Chief People Officer, Sinéad Condon, speaks about our recent achievements,

“I want to acknowledge and thank our employees for making Guidewire a great place to work. From our company culture to our product, it all starts with our People. Our continued Great Place to Work Ireland certification is a result of the collegiality of our Dublin office, and a reflection of how Guidewire employees Stand Together.”
