Recruiting Concierge (3 months contract)

Guidewire is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic recent graduates in HR space to join our dynamic recruiting team in Bengaluru. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition within a fast-paced and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about human resources, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong desire to learn and grow in the Talent attraction space.

Responsibilities :

  • Note: Should be a recent graduate in HR specialization. This is a 3 to 6 months fixed term contract designed for new graduates only
  • Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and recruiter/sourcers.
  • Support the recruitment team in conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with team members to develop creative strategies for talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to attract top talent.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing documents, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Recent Graduate who completed either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, team members, and hiring managers.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
  • Prior internship experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus but not required.
  • Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week during regular business hours.
  • Must be able to work from our Bangalore campus 3 days a week
