Workday Integration Lead Analyst People Technology

Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Workday platform
- Design, develop, and deploy custom integrations, Cloud Connect integrations, Payroll integrations, reports and dashboards using Integration Systems, Studio, EIBs, and BIRT
- Serve as first point of contact for integration related Workday tickets in ServiceNow
- Build and maintain reports in Workday to support Payroll, Finance, Legal, People Business Partners and other organizations on a recurrent and ad hoc basis
- Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report back to business leaders
- Actively identify & resolve issues and opportunities for improvement
- Understand data flows between internal systems and Workday
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities, including user training along with test scripts and documentation
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or relevant area of study
- 7+ years of Workday integration and systems administration experience, including implementations
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs),Core Connectors, Reporting, BIRT
- Proficient in general HR terms and principles and processes including Full Employee Lifecycle, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll etc.
- Ability to work independently and make sound discretionary business decisions with limited guidance
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proven history of managing confidential information in a professional manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in supporting a global organization
- Desire to work in a fast paced environment
