The Customer and Cloud Operations (CCO) team supports Guidewire’s cloud customers in a live environment.
As a CCO graduate, you will be part of the fastest growing team in Guidewire, spending your day solving challenging problems for our customers all around the globe. Just bring your technical skills (Java, SQL), troubleshooting and desire to work with our customers.

Professional Services

The Professional Services team is the face of our customers. As a graduate software consultant, you will receive training across three areas during an 18-month program:
-Technical skills
-Communication
-Methodology
You will have the opportunity to grow your skills, mentorship, team rotation and have a dedicated career coach. You will be part of a highly skilled team that works remotely with customers to implement and configure our products.
Finance

Fancy a 12-week summer internship in one of our Finance teams?
You will have the opportunity to work across areas including Revenue & Tax, Accounting & Finance, Internal Audit, Financial Planning & Analysis. Learn from senior partners and develop your skills in Budgeting, Forecasting, Technical accounting, SOX testing, Accounts Receivable and Tax.
You will collaborate with a broader finance organization and other cross-functional teams.
Business Technology
Seamless Collaboration
Our Business Technology team run an immersive internship program for savvy I.T and business students.
The internship provides real-world experience and exposure to people, process, and technology. Your contributions will directly impact integrations and processes that run our business technologies and support employees globally providing 24/7 support.
Our BizTech teams are made up of Combined Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, PMO & Technology Enablement, Global Helpdesk.
